About Us

Dr. Pamela Smith

President & CEO

 Dr. Pamela Smith is President & CEO of IT HealthTrack, Inc.  She earned a Doctorate in Nursing Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds faculty positions in the School of Nursing and the University of Buffalo, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Pam is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Rehabilitation Nursing and was the first FIM Trainer for the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation. She was the co owner of National Follow-up Services and served as President for 12 years.  She has published many articles about functional outcomes and quality of life following inpatient rehabilitation. Pam is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and a past President of her local chapter. She is also a member of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM).

 

 

Dave Smith

Vice President & CIO

 David Smith is Vice President and CIO of IT HealthTrack, Inc. He earned a Bachelors of Arts in Physics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. Dave has many years of experience in information technology. He was previously the Director of Management Information Systems for the Jacobs Neurologic Institute in Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, New York and was Senior Network EngineerforGraphic Controls Corporation, also in Buffalo for over 21 years. Dave served in the Republic of Viet Nam, was honorably discharged and decorated with the Bronze Star. As CIO, he is responsible for database and report design, security, telephone technology and generation of quarterly reports. Dave oversees all aspects of information technology related to our follow-up business as well as development of educational resources and web based applications.   

 

 

 

Erin Baranetsky

Operations Manager

Erin Baranetsky is Operations Manager. She has been with ITH for over ten years and has worked in a variety of roles from data entry to customer service to her current role in administration. She earned a Bachelors of Science from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo School of Management. Erin’s responsibilities include supervision of the office and nursing staff, payroll and office management. She participates in orientation of new nurses regarding scheduling and documentation. She develops the assignment for nurses each month by allotting each nurse a number of facilities and records. Erin also has a role in database management with respect to reconciliation and quality control. She also works on special projects like the JOINTS study and the ITH Brain Injury Outcomes (BIOS) System. 

 


 

Todd Smith

Systems Administrator

 Todd Smith is the ITH Systems Administrator. He has been with the company for over ten years and has become involved with many aspects of data management and technology. Todd has earned two Bachelor degrees from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. The first is a B.A. in Psychology and the second a B.S. from the School of Management with a concentration in Management Information Services (MIS). Todd is responsible for importing all patient records into our follow-up database and preparing records for our nursing staff to conduct follow-up interviews. He also administers the ITH Credentialing system. Todd posts follow-up reports to the ITH website at the end of each quarter so that our clients can have secure access to their own reports. In addition, Todd has become our web master, designing and managing our new website.

 


 

Julie Vance

Customer Service

 Julie Vance is the ITH Customer Service Specialist. She has been with the organization for over 15 years. Her customer service skills have been appreciated by ITH clients as she assists them with contract issues, data submission, managing facility defined questions and telephone support for a variety of questions.  She is the individual who uploads and downloads quarterly data into our clients’ outcomes systems. Julie is also responsible for handling billing and accounts receivable. She is known for her friendliness, responsiveness and depth of knowledge.

 


 

Pat Petko

Clerk/Receptionist

 Pat Petko has been an asset to our staff for over nine years in the role of data entry clerk and telephone receptionist. Pat has primary responsibility for scanning and verifying data entry forms and preparing data from scanned forms for import into our follow-up data base. Pat interacts with our nurses on a daily basis and assists with any office related questions they may have. Pat is also the person who takes the majority of calls from patients who may have questions about calls from one of our nurses as evidenced by a New York State telephone number on their caller ID.
